ABOUT OUR HUNTS

We are a guiding Bear and Lion hunts on the beautiful 1.6 million acre White Mountain Apache Indian Reservation. Our Bear season runs May through August with us having our own exclusive guiding area for the Spring Bear. We will also be hunting Bear in October.  We run Bear and Lion on Forest Service land as well.

We can have up to ten bait sites placed at a time covering miles of great Bear country, this ensures active baits at all times.  We may also use Hounds to tree the Bears and this helps to get those big Bears that like to hit the baits at night only. This combination makes for a great way to hunt these Bears. 

Our Lion hunts will start November 1st and run through April 15th. These are hound hunts. We use mules to ride the canyons and ridges, also trucks are used to cover the country looking for Lion tracks.
